How to register your device

You need to register your arclem lan device to fully used all the benefits and features of our pisowifi system. If you do not have yet and account on arclem wifi, please follow the next step. Or if you have already an account skip to the next type of registration. You can also check the YouTube video for the tutorial.

Account Creation

To create an account we need to acquire your sticker Id and the device ID.

1. Get the Sticker Id

    Sticker Id is usually placed on the side of the device. Arclem LAN devices starts with letter "L" followed by a 3 digit number.

2. Get the Device Id

    To get the device Id we need to setup the device with mikrotik.
    1. Connect the components to the device from LCD, Button, Coinslot and Lan cable to the Mikrotik.
    2. Mikrotik connection should be in this manner. LAN1 = ISP, LAN2 = PC / Laptop, LAN3 = ArclemLAN, LAN4 = External AP
    3. After all the connection is done. Connect the power supply and power it up.
    4. Please wait for the device to start up and run its checking routine.
    5. After that device id should appear. Copy this one as we need it on registering the device.
    6. Please note the device will restart after 10seconds and goes back to its startup routine.

3. Signup ( if you already have account, skip to step 4)

    1. Go to Sign Up Page and enter your details. Take note that we need a working email here as we need to send you the link of the software.
    2. Please make sure the device id and sticker id is correct. If an error occured, please contact m.me/arclem.store and send the device id so that we can give you the corresponding sticker ID.
    3. The system will now send you an email for the signup verification. Please click that link.
    4. After your email is verified. You will recieve and email containing the link of arclemwifiv4 software in a form of google drive link.
    5. At this point the device is now registered to your account.

4. Device Registration

    1. This step will only be applicable if you already have your arclem account.
    2. Go to Login and login your account. On the side bar menu, go to Arclem LAN.
    3. Click Register your device and input the sticker id and device id and press register.
    4. Please make sure the device id and sticker id is correct. If an error occured, please contact m.me/arclem.store and send the device id so that we can give you the corresponding sticker ID.
    5. At this point the device is now registered to your account.
